GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of natural and handcrafted cosmetic products offered by VULVA NATURALIS on its website. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. PRODUCTS

VULVA NATURALIS offers natural and handcrafted fine art products made in France. The essential characteristics of the products (composition, use) are presented on the homepage of the website vulva-naturalis.fr. 

4. PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. VULVA NATURALIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed on the website at the time of the order will be the only applicable price.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the chosen delivery method and are indicated before order confirmation.

5. ORDER

By placing your order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the sales contract. A confirmation email summarizing your order will be sent to you.

6. PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (installment payment).

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The order will only be processed after payment has been received.  

7. DELIVERY

Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery then takes place within 48 to 72 hours depending on the chosen carrier.

Carriers: Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost. Delivery Areas: Metropolitan France and international.

Liability: Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, VULVA NATURALIS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the service providers, nor for theft or loss of packages deposited at relay points, automated lockers, or mailboxes.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.

Return conditions: Items must be unused and in their original packaging,  proof of purchase require, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Excluded items: Sale items and gift cards.

Refund: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of return approval.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEES

In accordance with French law, you are entitled to:

Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code): 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods. The consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions stipulated by law.

Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code): The consumer may choose between rescinding the sale or obtaining a reduction in the sale price.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the vulva-naturalis.fr website (texts, images, logos, videos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.  

12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected during your order is processed in accordance with the GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and transfer your data. For more details, please consult our privacy policy

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting to resolve it amicably, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
